Brewing Guide
For the best flavor, we recommend using heated water at 95°C or above. The right tempature will help this tea brews instantly, releasing a fresh floral aroma. You’ll see fine tea trichomes that only appear on tender leaves floating on the tea surface. Even with a long time steeping, the taste remains rich, sweet, and never bitter.

Background:

Golden Guanyin is an oolong tea cultivar bred from a cross between Tieguanyin and Huangdan (also known as Huangjin Gui), featuring slender leaves and a yellowish-green hue. This time, we've specially selected Huang Guanyin to craft a black tea, resulting in a rich floral and honey aroma, complemented by the deep, lingering charm of Wuyi rock tea, reflecting its unique processing methods .
